A. which develops two shopping centers in the city of Santiago de Chile; the due diligence of the lease contracts and property titles of the immeubles in which the shopping malls are located, for subsequent purchase from the Compañía de Seguros de Vida Consorcio Nacional de Seguros S. A. ; and; financing of such purchase through a syndicated loan with national banks. .
