Advice to BTG Pactual Renta Residencial Fondo De Inversión in the purchase from Fortaleza Group of 2 buildings located in the district of Estación Central, to be used for residential or multifamily rentals. One of them has 30 floors, with 444 saleable units, apartments and a commercial space, for residential and commercial use, and the other has 13 floors, for residential and commercial use, with 23 saleable units: 1 commercial space on the second floor and 22 apartments. The purchase was made through the purchase of all the shares of the company that owns the buildings.
Barros y Errázuriz’s advice consisted in conducting a Due Diligence of the title deeds of the properties where the buildings are located, of the urban and regulatory aspects of the buildings, and a legal and tax Due Diligence of the owner company.
We also advised in the negotiation and preparation of all documents related to the acquisition of the company, the entry of BTG as sole shareholder and the documents related to the financing granted to BTG for the purchase of the shares.
