Juan Pablo has focused his practice on capital markets, structuring investment funds, mutual funds and fund managers, providing advice in capital markets issuances, regulation applicable to issuers of securities, and corporate law in general.

He has also participated in the advice and planning of real estate projects, and has advised clients in due diligence processes, related to mergers and acquisitions transactions through the review and analysis of documents related to legal aspects of a company.
