Nicole has focused her practice on advising national and foreign companies, as well as banks and private and public financial institutions, on different matters, such as corporate financing, projects finance, refinancing, corporate advice in general and infrastructure, among others.

In this regard, she has represented lenders, sponsors, developers, builders, operators and public works concessionaires in the development and execution of projects in the areas of infrastructure, such as energy, airport, port, land, public transport, mining, hospital, among others. In addition, she has represented tenders in tender process of public works.
