Advice to Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. in the corporative financing granted to Grupo BC Global Services S.L. executed under the law of Spain. The financing was granted to purchase a Spain company, named “Qipert Integral Services, S.L.”.

In this Context (i) certain Chilean subsidiaries of Grupo BC Global Services S.L., named Cibergestión Procesos Chile S.A. and Cibergestión Chile S.A. (the “Cibergestion Group”) granted a guaranty; and (ii) the shareholders of the aforementioned subsidiaries pledged their shares in the latter. Both to secure the full payment of all obligations of Grupo BC Global Services S.L. under the financing referred to above.
