Advice to Sociedad Concesionaria Rutas del Pacífico S.A. (subsidiary of the Grupo Abertis Autopistas Chile) in the total amortization of all Series B and Series C bonds, for a total amount of approx 5,100,000 UF to execute in accordance with the terms of the bond issue agreement granted on December 27, 2001 together with its modifications.

The Sociedad Concesionaria Rutas del Pacífico S.A. is the concessionaire in charge of designing, building, maintaining, exploiting and operating the public works corresponding to the international concession Interconexión Vial Santiago Valparaíso Viña del Mar, as well as the provision of complementary services approved by the competent governmental authority.
