Advice to Zeal Sociedad Concesionaria S.A. in relation to the credit agreement entered into with the Banco del Estado de Chile for an amount of 230,000 UF, and the granting of a line of credit for the issuance of bank guarantee certificates for the equivalent of 75,000 UF, in relation to the financing of various investments and expenses related to the business of the company and the port concession of which it is the owner.
