Barros & Errázuriz advised BMO in its capacity as lenders in connection with the second amended and restated credit agreement , to be entered into by, among others, Pan American Silver Corp., as borrower, BMO, as agent, and the other lenders party thereto.  The Borrower acquired Yamana Gold Inc. and its subsidiary portfolio, which portfolio includes certain Chilean entities. These Chilean entities granted a guarantee to secure the Borrower obligations under the Second ARCA.
