We were recognized with three B&E advisories as Deal of the Year in the awards of the specialized media LatinLawyer in the categories M&A (private), Private Equity and Restructuring. The first advisory corresponds to the acquisition of the Latin American renewable energy group Atlas, by Global Infrastructure Partner from the Actis fund. Vicente Cordero, Felipe Ríos, Martín Vial, Cristóbal Gil, Raimundo Ruiz and Gabriela Galdames participated in the advisory. In this case, we also worked with members of our Affinitas team.

Secondly, we advised Stonepeak Infrastructure in the acquisition of the Latin American business of Lumen Technologies. The team in charge was formed by Pablo Guerrero, María Olga Rivera, Francisco Bórquez, María Fernanda Espinosa, Andrés Rodríguez, Alejandra Aránguiz, Mara Angelini, Catalina Villalobos, Mary Anne Hohmann, Daniela Tumani, Geraldine Ugueto, Magdalena Rojas, Sebastián Zaror, Cristóbal Millar, Francisca Rojas, Fernanda Irrázabal, Vicente Rencoret, Catalina Vergara and Josefina Poblete. Members of the Affinitas alliance, Gómez – Pinzón and Miranda & Amado also participated in the operation.

Lastly, we were prominent in advising Delta Airlines during the restructuring process of Latam Airlines (Chapter 11). The lawyers who participated in this operation were Pablo Guerrero, Javier San Martín, Javier Díaz, Vicente Cordero and José Luis Corvalán.
