With an ambition to contribute to drawing a new roadmap for the development and integration of capital markets in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, Affinitas will be participating in the upcoming Capital Markets Pacific Alliance Conference, organized by the International Finance Corporation (IFC). This international summit will take place in Lima on 17-18 July and will lay the groundwork for the transformation of Latin America’s capital markets.

Affinitas’ Chair, Juan Luis Avendaño Cisneros, partner at Peruvian law firm Miranda & Amado, will participate in a panel discussion on the topic of “The Pacific Alliance Roadmap on Financial Integration”, and from Barros & Errázuriz the partners Luis Alberto Letelier and Víctor Barros will attend.

Our participation in this event is a unique opportunity for Affinitas members to share ideas and insights with the leaders of some of Latin America’s largest financial institutions, key policy makers from across the globe and top-notch experts from around the world.

Created in 2004, Affinitas is a joint effort of four leading independent law firms in the countries of the Pacific Alliance: Mexico (Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes), Colombia (Gómez-Pinzón), Peru (Miranda & Amado) and Chile (Barros & Errázuriz). Each firm is considered a true market leader in its respective jurisdiction. Affinitas offers clients seamless and integrated legal services delivered by outstanding independent firms that work as one.
