Last week we published the article “Practical analysis of new developments in the reform of the Water Code regarding the auction of water use rights for non-payment of patents for non-use”, which was written by our associates, Martín Vial and Cristóbal Gil, both from the Natural Resources team.

The text was written last year as part of their participation in the Water Law and Management Conference of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, which resulted in the publication of the book “Desafíos hídricos para el desarrollo sostenibile” by DER Ediciones.
