Martín has focused his practice in the advice of domestic and foreign companies in environmental, mining and water matters, with special emphasis in the processing of mining concessions, legal disputes before environmental authorities and strategic planning in water resources. He also has experience in the development, acquisition and financing of mining, energy, aquaculture and agro-industrial projects, among others.
