Barros & Errázuriz provided legal advice to Greystar in the structuring of Public Investment Fund denominated Greystar Fondo de Inversión Inmobiliario Cóndor I, which purpose is to invests in debt and equity instruments issued by companies whose main purpose is, in turn, to acquire, develop, own, operate, manage or exploit real estate projects in Chile that qualify as multifamily residential class.

The advisory included, among others, the structuring of the investment from the corporate and tax standpoint, and drafting of the documents related thereto: fund’s internal bylaws, portfolio management agreement and vehicle financing.
