Barros & Errázuriz advised Virutex Ilko S.A. in the drafting, negotiation and execution of a Share Purchase Agreement and a Shareholders Agreement for purposes of selling 60% of the shares of Virutex Ilko S.A. to an investment vehicle owned by HIG Capital, an international private equity investment fund. The advice involved the preparation and negotiation of all the necessary documentation to materialize the transaction and assisting the Company on the preparation of a data room.
