Barros & Errázuriz advised Banco Santander-Chile, Banco Security and Banco de Crédito e Inversiones on the refinancing of the credit originally granted in 2018 by Banco Santander-Chile and other lenders to AK Chile Holdings SpA (controller of I-Med, leading company in Chile on electronic management of health procedures).

The transaction contemplated the granting of an Amendment and Restated Agreement, the assignment of certain creditors’ right in favor of Banco Santander-Chile, Banco Security and Banco de Crédito e Inversiones, as well as the amendment of other financing documents.
