Barros & Errazuriz advised AVLA S.A. and its current shareholders – Inversiones Los Bumps Uno Ltda., Inversiones Miupo SpA, CHG Asesorías e Inversiones Ltda., Inversiones Alcántara SpA and  Landsberg Investments S.L – in the negotiation of a subscription agreement by virtue of which Creation Investments Social Ventures Fund V LP, either directly or through an SPV, will acquire an interest in AVLA S.A.
