Tax partner Carola Trucco has joined ICARE’s Legal Circle for the period 2024-2025.

She will contribute with her vast knowledge of tax matters, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and commercial reorganisations, and her two decades of experience advising leading companies both nationally and internationally.
