Today, Industria Legal Mahazine published its first volume, in which Barros & Errázuriz, through the Real Estate team, will participate in a bi-monthly basis in the section “Construction and Real Estate”. In this ppportunity, our counsel, Alejandra Aránguiz was the author of the column “Ley de Aportes al Espacio P{ublico”. Likewise, relevant issues in the industry were addresed. such as DDU 440 on Communal Regulatory Plans and DDU 441 on Permits and project extensions due to unforessen circumstances or majeure force.
