On Wednesday, June 20, Barros & Errázuriz, through its Natural Resources area, organized a talk for its clients on the New Regulation of Maritime Concessions, a topic that the agenda has taken on for the development of maritime, port and desalination projects, among others.

The presentation included the exhibition of Cristián García Huidobro, Head of the Legal Division of the Undersecretariat of the Armed Forces; Rodrigo Vattuone, former Maritime Governor of Valparaíso; and Marcelo Albarrán, former Head of Marine Technologies at Directemar. In turn, from Barros & Errázuriz, our associate Pedro Pablo Ballivian, who took the opportunity to raise, to the authority, the problems they have had to face in the development and financing of projects, proposing potential means of solution.
