On October 27, 2025, the Financial Market Commission (CMF) published a Regulatory Project (the “Project”) that establishes the procedure and format for submitting the information required under Law No. 21,757 (the “Law”), which seeks to increase the participation of women on the boards of publicly traded and special corporations, by amending Law No. 18,046 (the “Companies Act”).
