We share with you the 16th edition of The Legal Industry Reviews, an international platform that gathers the main novelties in the different areas of law.

In this edition, the first column is in charge of Barros & Errázuriz partner, José Ignacio Ovalle, who analyzes in detail the Circular N°2, issued by the Executive Secretary of Condominiums (SEC) and which updates the regulations of the new Co-ownership Law N°21.442. Also, the second opinion segment, about the reconversion in the real estate sector regarding vacancy of surfaces, was addressed by partner Oscar Ruiz-Tagle.
