Paula has centeres her practice on the advice and planning of real estate projects, formation of land cloths and land purchase; in studies of titles, leases and different corporate aspects.

She has also participated in advising clients in due diligence processes, related to mergers and acquisitions transactions by reviewing and analyzing documents related to real estate matters.

She has experience in financing of housing projects, infrastructure and development in rural areas.
