Barros & Errázuriz has advised CMB Prime Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administrator of the investment fund “Fondo de Inversión CMB-LV Infraestructura III” , in the acquisition, by the Fund, of 50.1% of the shares of Terminales Marítimos de la Patagonia S. A., sole owner of Puerto Chincui, located in the south of Chile, specifically in the commune of Puerto Montt, Los Lagos region.

On February 7, 2023, the Fund, with the advice of Barros & Errázuriz, entered into a Share Subscription and Purchase Agreement by virtue of which the Fund committed to acquire 50.1% of the shares of TMP. This transaction will close once certain conditions stipulated in the Agreement have been satisfied.
