Advice Banco BTG Pactual Chile in the granting of financing to Transportes Marítimos Kochifas S.A. (“TMK”), through a loan agreement, the past July 13.

The line of credit consists in a loan up to 449,284.26 Unidades de Fomento, and it contemplates two tranches for the refinancing of some TMK´s debts and its related companies as well as work capital.

Transportes Marítimos Kochifas S.A. is one of the important companies of Grupo Skorpios. TMK has important and extensive experience in maritime transport, and it is the first Chilean company in the maritime transport business in receive the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certifications regarding to the quality and environmental management, in the maritime transport of foods, live fish and structures for the aquacultural industry.
