Advice to Parque Arauco S.A. in structuring an agreement for the sale of a 49% non-controlling stake in Centros Comerciales Vecinales Arauco Express S.A. (“AEX”) to a private investment fund (Fondo de Inversión Banchile Rentas Inmobiliarias I) managed by Banchile Administradora General de Fondos S.A. The remaining 51% is owned by Parque Arauco S.A. as controlling shareholder. The sale will be preceded by the acquisition of the same 49% by Parque Arauco S.A. from the private investment fund Fondo de Inversión LV-Patio Renta Inmobiliaria I, managed by Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora de Fondos, after Parque Arauco S.A. exercises an option to acquire such stake.
