Within the framework of the first qualification process for Operators of Vital Importance (OIV) established under Law No. 21,663, the Cybersecurity Framework Law, the National Cybersecurity Agency (ANCI) issued Exempt Resolution No. 50, which approves the preliminary list of institutions qualified as OIVs and initiates the public consultation process.
