Barros & Errázuriz provided legal counsel to Bodenor Flex Center S.A. in the process of registering two bond lines in the Registro de Valores of the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero, under the debt securities shelf registration regime, both directed to the general market and for an individual and aggregate amount of up to 6,000,000 Unidades de Fomento (UF), one of which one has a 10-year term and the other a 30-year term.

On June 13^th, the CMF authorized the registration and issued Certificates No. 328 and 329, registering in the Registro de Valores under numbers 1224 and 1225 the 10-year bond line and the 30-year bond line, respectively.

Subsequently, on September 3^rd, Bodenor Flex Center, as a first issuer, successfully carried out the placement of the Series A bonds under the 10-year Bond Line, for the maximum issuance amount established in the escritura complementaria, equivalent to 1,500,000 UF.
