Barros & Errázuriz advised HyC Inversiones and Atacama Invest in the negotiation and purchase of a lot located in the commune of La Florida, for the development of a residential rental project.

The lot has a surface of approximately 3,750 square meters, consisting of 23 sites.

Before the acquisition of the land, due diligence regarding the property titles was performed, also, the preparation of the promissory and purchase agreements, as well as the preparation of the incorporation and structure of the SPV.
