Barros & Errázuriz advised Mitsui & Co. in the acquisition of 27.5% of the shares of Aker Mainstream Renewables AS, parent company of the Mainstream Renewable Power group. The advisory included the development of a comprehensive due diligence review of the Chilean companies and projects, including corporate, financing, energy, land use, environmental and mining matters, identifying main contingencies in a report, assisting Mitsui & Co. in all Chile-related consultations and serving as support in regional sessions and calls.
