After more than a year of processing, the Constitution, Legislation, Justice and Regulation Committee of the Chamber of Deputies passed the bill that amends the Law on the Protection of Private Life, which raises the current standard in terms of processing and protection of personal data in Chile and equalizes the duties and obligations in accordance with international standards.
