On 9 May 2024, Exempt Resolution No. 38 of 26 April 2024, issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, was published in the official gazette, which establishes mandatory requirements and authorisation procedure for electronic systems for recording and controlling attendance and determining working hours.
