Juan Cristóbal, partner at Barros & Errázuriz, has more than 20 years of experience in labor law and combines knowledge of the law, doctrine and current case law with the practical solutions needed in all companies. His knowledge extends to a variety of industries; he currently advises companies in the fields of education, technology, metal production, communications, viticulture, etc. On the other hand, he gives complete legal advice on issues related to concrete employment decisions, in addition to actively participating in collective bargaining processes.

He has been a panelist on the International Seminars on Oral Labor and Moral Damage Proceedings in labor matters organized in Lima, Peru by Dogma Laboral (2010 and 2017); Speaker on Modern Tendencies in the Retribution and Loyalty of Workers in the First Law Congress of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2011); and founder and panelist together with the financial newspaper, “Labor Club,” among others.”
