On November 25, 2023, a parliamentary motion initiated the processing of a bill that “Dictates Norms on the Expediting of Construction Permits”.

After complying with the constitutional procedures for its processing and approval, the Bill was sent to the Executive on September 24, 2024 for its enactment, having been approved by the Legislative Branch.
