Barros & Errázuriz advised Apollo Global Management, LLC in a loan agreement granted to Enfragen Capital, LLC and Enfragen Finance Company, LLC, for the amount of US$300,000,000, to finance to fund (directly or indirectly) a portion of the equity contribution under the senior finance credit agreement and finance a portion of the acquisition of hydroelectric plants in Chiriquí, Panamá.
