Our Firm advised Mitsubishi Corporation on the purchase of 5% of the Marimaca project, a copper mine located in Antofagasta owned by Greenstone Resources LLP, by means of a Private Placement.

To this end, a due diligence process of all the assets and agreements associated with the project was carried out, along with the negotiation of the agreements related to the transaction.
