On May 17, 2024, Fondo de Inversión Independencia Rentas Inmobiliarias initiated a voluntary redemption option procedure for the Series F bonds (the “Redemption Option”), issued under the bond line registered in the Securities Registry of the Financial Market Commission under No. 828, in accordance with the provisions of Article 130 of the Securities Market Law. The Redemption Option was accepted and the effective redemption was executed on May 24, 2024.
