Yesterday, the President Sebastián Piñera together with the Finance Minister Ignacio Briones announced an economical plan to face the possible consequences of the spread of the Covid-19 in our country. The Executive’s proposal approaches three essential axes: (1) Reinforcement of the Health System budget, (2) Protection of family income and (3) Protection of the jobs and of the companies which generate them.

In this sense, the Barros & Errázuriz team elaborated a report describing the main issues that can impact the private sector, in labor and tax matters. It is worth mentioning that this information could be complemented, once the respective bills are sent to Congress.
