Barros & Errázuriz advised Fondo de Inversión Asset Rentas Residenciales, whose administrator is Asset Administradora General de Fondos S.A., in the placement of Series B Bonds, maturing on April 25, 2027, at a placement rate of 4.05%, issued under the line of dematerialized bonds with a maximum maturity of 10 years, whose registration in the Securities Registry of the Financial Market Commission was made on June 30, 2021, under No. 1,083.

In 2021, B&E advised Fondo de Inversión Asset Rentas Residenciales in the process of registration of the credit line under which the bonds placed were issued, in the Securities Registry, through the process of automatic registration of bonds established in Article 8°ter of Law No. 18,046. This advice included, among other matters, the review of the documentation required for the registration of the line of credit with the Commission, in accordance with the applicable regulations, and the execution of a bond issuance agreement for a line of debt securities, entered into between the Fund and Banco BICE, the latter as representative of the bondholders and as paying bank.
