With the enactment of Law No. 21.015, companies that as of April 1, 2019 have more than 100 workers will be obliged to hire or keep hired the 1% of people with disabilities or assignees of a disability pension, in relation to the total of its workers.

Given the previous context,Barros & Errázuriz´s Labor team designed a report with the main elements that companies should consider, both the communication regarding the number of their employees, as well as the new pronouncement of the Labour Direction.
