With the enactment of Law No. 21.015, companies that as of April 1, 2019 have more than 100 workers will be obliged to hire or keep hired the 1% of people with disabilities or assignees of a disability pension, in relation to the total of its workers.

Given the previous context,Barros & Errázuriz´s Labor team designed a report with the main elements that companies should consider, both the communication regarding the number of their employees, as well as the new pronouncement of the Labour Direction. The latter focuses on the most common queries on these matters and their practical application in companies.
