Advice on the sale of Inmobiliaria Golden Cross S.A., a subsidiary of Colmena Salud S.A., to Rentas Sura 4 SpA, a company related to Sura Asset Management S.A.

In the aforementioned transaction, Barros & Errázuriz acted as an advisor to both the seller and the buyer.

The sale was structured through a bidding process carried out by Colmena Salud S.A., in which Barros & Errázuriz also provided advice, in conjunction with the real estate consulting firm GPS Global Property Solutions S.A.

The tender was awarded to Sura Asset Management S.A., which materialized the transaction through an investment vehicle. Barros & Errázuriz advised Sura both in the acquisition of Inmobiliaria Golden Cross S.A. as well as the financing for such acquisition.
