Barros & Errázuriz advised Globalvía in the acquisition of a 34% stake in Brookfield Americas Infrastructure Holdings Chile I, S.A., owned by Brookfield Americas Infrastructure Holding I, S.L.

The objective of the purchase consisted of indirectly acquiring 34% of Sociedad Concesionaria Vespucio Norte Express S.A. and Sociedad Concesionaria Túnel San Cristóbal S.A.

The advisory included a due diligence process of the concessionaire companies, the structuring of the transaction and the drafting and negotiation of the share purchase agreement.
