Barros y Errázuriz advised the Stengel family in the sale of all its shares in Camanchaca Pesca Sur S.A., corresponding to 30% of the share capital, to Camanchaca S.A., leaving the latter as the sole shareholder of the Company. The transaction had a long negotiation phase that included 19 months of work. The role of Barros & Errázuriz and the various financial institutions involved in advising the client were instrumental in raising the purchase price.

Camanchaca Pesca Sur S.A. is a Chilean company dedicated to the fishing and commercialisation of seafood products. Its main focus is on the capture and processing of marine resources in the south of Chile, especially in areas such as Patagonia and the Los Lagos Region.
