On April 15, 2024, the Financial Market Commission (“CMF”) published for consultation the regulatory proposal for the open finance system that complements Law No. 21,521 known as the “Fintec Law”. After the completion of this process, on July 3, 2024, the CMF published the final and definitive version of the rule, called General Rule No. 514, which regulates the Open Finance System.
